Yoga Breathing is a safe way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep. No experience is necessary. I take a very simple and science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
We begin with a free 20 minute consultation, during which you will experience yoga breathing, the how's and why.
If you are interested, we will work together for 4 weeks, meeting once a week for 30 minutes. During this time you will discover more about and experience the benefits of yoga breathing. You will learn the three types of yoga breathing: Coffee, Water and Whiskey - when to use them and how they effect your nervous system and establish a daily practice. Yoga breathing is a safe and natural way to quickly affect your autonomic nervous system. How you breathe is how you feel. As you learn to control your breath you can better balance your nervous system, your energy and your health.
