Quick Energy Grounding with Sound:   $10 (cash/Venmo/PayPal) / $13 (card)

The session is done standing in a metal Himalayan Grounding Bowl. You begin by coming to your breath and setting an intention of what you wish to release as you and hold a Selenite crystal rod in your hands. Your body experiences soundwaves as ambient tones and physical vibrations while a handheld Himalayn Bowl is played moving from head to feet. Then the Grounding Bowl is played at the feet, thus experiencing vibrations in your feet and deepening your connection to Gaia.  This process is done moving around the four sides of the body for a total of three rounds.
This is a POWERFUL mini sound healing session that will leave you feeling relaxed and centered in just minutes! 

Vibrational Sound Therapy:  Vibrational Sound Therapy or Vibrational Sound Massage uses the combination of powerful vibration and tones to induce a relaxed state.  Therapeutic metal Himalayan Singing Bowls are placed directly on the body.  As the bowls are struck rhythmically clients physically feel the vibrations from the bowls and are soothed by the melodic tones.  As deeper states of relaxation are reached during the session, the body will go through noticeable changes such as slower breathing and heart rate,  muscles releasing tension, and possibly reaching alpha brain wave pattern.
