Gentle Yoga Flow & Sound Vibration Workshop

This gentle yoga practice will begin with you standing in a grounding bowl and having it struck to produce a vibration.  This vibration will send energetic sensations up through your feet.
A sound bath of Crystal bowls and Himalayan singing bowls will follow.  Soothing and calming vibrational sounds followed by gentle yoga postures to utilize the vibrations through movement and aid in stronger connections. 
During the practice each student will have the opportunity for a bowl to be played on their back and belly for another unique experience of vibrational healing.
