What a better day than Valentine's Day to show yourself some love with a self love guided meditation for your own heart healing. Joycelynn Hewitt, a certified Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Teacher and  Vibrational Sound Practitioner,  will lead you through a yoga nidra meditation to open your mind, body and spirit, allowing for healing of your heart space.
This practice will commence with a crystal singing bowl sound bath. While being in a state of relaxation, experience receiving the sound vibrations into your heart space and allow them to ripple out into every cell in your entire being.  Leave feeling more open, expansive yet balanced and relaxed.
