Earth Healing and Chakra Balancing Experience

This workshop will begin by incorporating asana and pranayama to settle in and connect with the earth. Starting with Yin yoga postures focusing on the root chakra. Then journey through the seven  main chakra centers on a guided meditation while accompanied by crystal singing bowls, tuned to the frequency of each chakra center. Through this exploration of asana, breath, sound therapy and meditation, your body and mind will rest, rejuvenate and rebalance. This workshop is for everyone. No prior yoga experience required.
